§ The Commons agreed to this amendment with the following amendment—
§ 9A Line 2, leave out 'subsection (4) of that section' and insert 'section 123(4) of this Act'.
§ Baroness BlatchMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 9A to Lords Amendment No. 9. This is a technical amendment which makes it clear that the reference in the relevant schedule is to Section 123(4) of the Act.
