My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 274. In moving this amendment I should like to speak also to Amendments Nos. 486 to 492.

Amendment No. 274 makes a consequential amendment to the definition of default rules under Clause 154. The remaining amendments in this group concern Schedule 16 which deals with additional requirements for recognition of a recognised investment exchange or recognised clearing house.
