901§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 391. I shall speak at the same time to Amendments Nos. 393 to 395, 403 and 406 and 410. This group of amendments updates existing pieces of legislation to take account of changes in the Bill. For example, Amendment No. 391 makes minor adjustments to the existing powers of the Secretary of State under the Health Services and Public Health Act 1968 to give grants to certain voluntary homes registrable under the Bill. That is an example of the kind of effect that the amendments in this group have.
