'(dd) any person who is allowed to have contact with the child by virtue of an order under section 29;'.
§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, in moving that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 147, I shall speak at the same time to Amendment No. 157. Amendments Nos. 147 and 157 extend the list of persons in Clauses 36(10) and 38(10) with whom reasonable contact should be allowed with a child who is subject to an emergency protection order or who is in police protection respectively to include any person who is allowed to have contact with that child by virtue of an order under Clause 29. I beg to move.
