§ Lord StrathclydeMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 370. With the leave of the House I shall refer also to Amendment No. 374. These make two minor amendments to the Patents Act 1977 which are consequential on amendments elsewhere in Schedule 5 agreed previously by the House. I commend the amendment to the House.
