HL Deb 28 April 1987 vol 486 c1363
The Lord Advocate (Lord Cameron of Lochbroom)

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do now resolve itself into Committee on this Bill. In so doing, I should apologise to the House for not having tabled a Motion to discharge the order of recommitment which, as no amendments have been tabled, would have saved the necessity of the Committee stage altogether.

Moved, That the House do now resolve itself into Committee.—(Lord Cameron of Lochbroom.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.

House in Committee accordingly.

The Chairman of Committees (Lord Aberdare)

My Lords, I understand that no amendments have been put down to this Bill this afternoon. With the agreement of the Committee therefore, I shall now report the Bill to the House without amendment.

House resumed: Bill reported without amendment; Report received.
