My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon, my noble friend Lady Trumpington will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is being made in another place on invalid care allowance.

It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Social Security Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7.00 p.m. for a period and that during this adjournment the Third Reading of the Airports Bill will be taken.
