§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend Lord Belstead will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the Council of Agricultural Ministers on 13th to 16th May 1985.
It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Local Government Bill will be adjourned at approximately 7 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during this adjournment the Commons amendments the Prosecution of Offences Bill will be taken.
