HL Deb 11 July 1985 vol 466 c321

3.27 p.m.

The Lord Chancellor (Lord Hailsham of Saint Marylebone)

My Lords, I understand that no amendment has been set down to this Bill or to the following three Bills which stand in my name on the Order Paper, and that no noble Lord has indicated a wish to move a manuscript amendment or to speak in Committee on any of these Bills. Therefore, unless any noble Lord objects, I propose to move successively that the order of recommitment of each of these Bills he discharged, beginning with the Housing Bill.

Moved, That the order of recommitment be discharged.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
