§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 9. This is a technical amendment consequential on the coming into force of the Divorce Jurisdiction Court Fees and Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 825 1983. It came into force on 1st May and this rendered unnecessary the proviso and this proviso the amendment proposes to remove. I think it is the first time that I have spoken to a purely Scottish change. I beg to move.
