§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Hailsham of Saint Maryleborne)My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be now read a second time. It is a pure consolidation Bill. It brings together in one Bill the law relating to the Civil Aviation Authority, aerodromes, the regulation of civil aviation and the law governing aircraft. Unless any noble Lord objects, this Bill in the usual way will be referred to the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills.
