My Lords, with the leave of the House, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lord Harris of Greenwich will be making a Statement on broadcasting licence fees. A further Statement is being made in another place today about business to be taken in the EEC Council of Ministers during February. With the leave of the House I shall follow our usual practice and arrange for this Statement to be made available in the Official Report.
