HL Deb 29 June 1972 vol 332 c989

3.24 p.m.

LORD DENHAM

My Lords, with the leave of the House my noble friend Lord Windlesham will be making a Statement on Northern Ireland at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m., and my noble and learned friend the Lord Chancellor will be making a Statement on the case of Graham Young.

May I take this opportunity of informing the House of certain changes in future business from that announced on the Order Paper? It has been agreed through the usual channels that the Report stage of the Housing Finance Bill should not start until Tuesday, July 11, instead of, as announced, on Tuesday, July 4. The Report stage will be continued on Wednesday, July 12, and Thurday, July 13. It is also now expected that the Housing (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Bill will continue its Committee stage on Monday, July 10. The Committee stage of the Criminal Justice Bill, which is down on the Order Paper for Thursday, July 13, will be postponed until Monday, July 17. Finally, I should like to say that my noble friend Lord Reigate has agreed to move his Unstarred Question on Queen Anne's Mansions from Monday, July 3, to Tuesday, July 4.
