My Lords, I beg to move that the Commons Amendments to the Criminal Damage Bill be now considered. For your Lordships' information, may I say that I intend to move in respect of each, that this House doth agree with the Commons in the Amendment, and we may be able to take Amendments Nos. 1 and 2, together, and Nos. 3 and 4 together.
