My Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 38. If I may, I will take with it the linked Amendments Nos. 63, 64, 65, 71, 72, 78, 101 and 103. I think all these are essentially drafting. The object is to avoid any risk of confusion when the Crown Court includes lay justices. I beg to move.
