HL Deb 17 October 1961 vol 234 cc329-30
EARL ST. ALDWYN

My Lords, as your Lordships know, the Refreshment Department is closed this week owing to alterations. Through the courtesy of another place dinners are available in the Strangers' Dining Room next to the Peers' Guest Room, but it would be of great assistance if noble Lords who wish to dine would give their names to the principal doorkeeper.

THE LORD PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL AND MINISTER FOR SCIENCE (VISCOUNT HAILSHAM)

My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That leave be given to advance the Motion standing in the name of the Earl of Longford (appointed for Wednesday the 25th instant) to Thursday next, and that it be taken first.—(Viscount Hailsham.)

On Question, Motion agreed to, and ordered accordingly.
