THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (LORD MANCROFT)

My Lords, the three Sunday Entertainments Act Orders for which there are Motions standing on the Paper in my name are all in the normal form and of the usual content, and there is nothing in them to which I think I need draw your Lordships' attention. Accordingly, I beg to move the first of these Orders.

Moved, That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, for extending section one of the Sunday Entertainments Act, 1932, to the Urban District of Garforth, be approved.—(Lord Mancroft.)
