§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, the purpose of Amendment No. 4 is to make clear that the High Court's Admiralty jurisdiction extends, as it does at present, to cases of collision between foreign ships occurring in foreign waters. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.
