§ LORD SHEPHERDMy Lords, may I say a brief word about this Order? All previous Orders placed before your Lordships' House to this have carried merely a number, but on the last occasion I intimated to your Lordships that the Special Orders Committee had asked the Minister concerned to include a geographical designation to each Order, 118 and that has now been done. I beg to move that the Order be approved.
