My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Lord Privy Seal, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order No. XXI be considered in order to its being dispensed with for the purpose of giving the Third Reading of the Children Bill precedence over the other Notices and Orders of the Day.—(Lord Walkden.)
