§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 192 relating to Private Bills, he had, on the requisition of the Chairman of Committees, appointed Alexander Fitzmaurice Gilchrist, Official Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Judicature, as guardian or protector of the infants David Michael Ralph Nevill and Michael George Rathmore Nevill interested in the Bill, to represent such infants before the Committee on the Bill.
