§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR (VISCOUNT CALDECOTE)My Lords, your Lordships will be aware that some Amendments were made on the Committee stage of this Bill, but, apart from two or three drafting Amendments, the only Amendments which were made were two which I mentioned to your Lordships in some observations which I made on the occasion of the Second Reading. Your Lordships will no doubt be glad to dispense with a further speech about the Bill on this occasion. I beg to move.
