HL Deb 17 July 1940 vol 116 c991
VISCOUNT SAMUEL

My Lords, perhaps it will be for the convenience of your Lordships if the other business on the Paper is taken now. There is a Royal Commission in half an hour and some noble Lords are expecting to take part in the debate on my Motion relating to facilities for physical training after the Royal Commission, as previously arranged. If, therefore, it is convenient, I venture to suggest that my Motion be postponed until after the Royal Commission at four o'clock.

VISCOUNT CALDECOTE

My Lords, if you are agreeable to that course, it will be quite convenient to the Government.
