My Lords, I beg to move the appointment of the Standing Orders Committee; and also that the Lords mentioned on the Paper should be members of the Committee.

Moved, That a Standing Orders Committee be appointed, and that the Lords following, with the Lord Chancellor, the Lord President, and the Chairman of Committees, be named of the Committee:
