Clause 27, page 18, line 9, leave out ("agreement")

Clause 27, page 18, line 10, after ("arbitrator") insert ("or to agree to the appointment of an arbitrator")

Clause 27, page 18, line 42, at end insert ("and subsections (3) and (4) thereof shall have effect, in relation to an arbitration under an Act, as if for the references to the arbitration agreement there were substituted references to such of the provisions of the Act or of any order, scheme, rules, regulations, or by-laws made thereunder as relate to the arbitration")

My Lords, there are three Amendments on the Paper to Clause 27 which can be taken together. They are all mere drafting Amendments and I beg to move that they be agreed to.
