THE PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY OF THE MINISTRY on AGRICULTURE AND FISHERIES (EARL DE LA WARR)

My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to make provision for prohibiting or controlling the importation into and the keeping within Great Britain of destructive foreign animals, for exterminating any such animals which may be at large, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid; and to move that it be read a first time.
