Clause 22 [Short title, repeal, construction and printing]:

THE LORD CHANCELLOR

There are two consequential Amendments which I have to move in Clause 22. They are at page 15, lines 7 and 8, to leave out "Part II of the Administration of Justice Act, 1920, or amends," and at lines 10 and 11 to leave out "except so much thereof as amends Part II of the Administration of Justice Act, 1920." These words were there in order to comply with Clause 16 but since that clause has disappeared they are no longer necessary. I beg to move.
