THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF DONOUGHMORE)My Lords, I beg to move that the Lord Privy Seal, the Marquess of Salisbury, be added to the Select Committee on the Peers' War Memorial. Since I gave notice of this 36 Motion I understand that the noble Lord, Earl Beauchamp, is willing to help us, and I personally should welcome his help. I desire, therefore, to move the Motion with the addition of the name of the noble Earl.
