It appears that in these Provisional Orders are included various parts, and in respect of two there is no opposition. The remainder is opposed. It appears that if the Bill is not divided into two parts there is a chance that the unopposed Bills would not get through. In these circumstances it seems to be wise to divide the Bill into two parts. I beg to move.
