THE EARL OF PLYMOUTH

My Lords, in the absence of my noble friend Viscount Peel, I beg to move the Motions relating to Electricity Special Orders which stand in his name upon the Paper.

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the borough of Wokingham, in the County of Berks, which was presented on the 28th day of April, 1925, be approved.—(The Earl of Plymouth.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the burgh of Crieff, in the County of Perth, which was presented on the 5th day of May, 1925, be approved.—(The Earl of Plymouth.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the urban district of Preesall, in the County Palatine of Lancaster, which was presented on the 7th day of May, 1925, be approved.—(The Earl of Plymouth.)

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1889 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the township of Alwoodley and part of the township of Adel-cum-Eccup, in the rural district of Wharfedale, in the West Riding of the County of York, which was presented on the 20th day of May, 1925, be approved.—(The Earl of Plymouth.)
