Page 2, line 2, leave out ("shall") and insert ("may").

The Commons disagree with this Amendment for the following Reason: Because they consider that it should he obligatory upon the Court to rescind or vary an order or judgment in the circumstances.

Now I come to the proposal to leave not "shall" and insert "may." I beg to move that we do not insist on that Amendment.
