§ Moved, That the Order made by the Electricity Commissioners, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under Section 7 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, constituting the South-West Midlands Electricity District and establishing 552 the South-West Midlands Advisory Joint Committee, which was presented on the 15th day of May, 1923, be approved.—(Lord Somerleyton.)
