HL Deb 27 July 1923 vol 54 cc1455-6
EARL BEAUCHAMP

May I venture to ask whether the noble Lord opposite can give us any information with regard to the course of business next week?

LORD SOMERLEYTON

On behalf of my noble friend the Deputy Leader of the House, may I say that the present proposal is to sit on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; on the last-mentioned day a short and formal sitting may suffice. Arrangements have been made in accordance with what is being done in another place, and I trust that that will meet the views of my noble friend the Leader of the Opposition.

[From Minutes of July 26.]
