My Lords, I beg to move the Motions standing in my name on the Paper.

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the breaking up of certain roads in the county borough of Salford and the urban district of Swinton and Pendlebury, which was presented on the 19th day of June, 1923, be approved.—(Lord Somerleyton.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
