THE EARL OF CLARENDON

My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Somerleyton, I beg to move the Motions standing on the Paper in his name for the approval of Special Orders made under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922. No objection was laid to any of the Orders except in the case of Brentwood, and that has now been withdrawn.

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1022, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the urban district of Mold, in the County of Flint, which was presented on the 29th day of May, 1923, be approved.—(The Earl of Clarendon.)

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919. in respect of the parishes of Mears Ashby, Ecton, Sywell, and Earls Barton, in the rural district of Welling-borough, and the parish of Overstone, in the rural district of Brixworth, all in the County of Northampton, which was presented on the 12th day of June, 1923, be approved.—(The Earl of Clarendon.)
