My Lords, I beg to move that the Special Orders mentioned in the Motions on the Paper, made under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, be approved. They are all simple. No objection has been raised to any of them except the last one, and in that case the objection has now been overcome. I therefore think it would be most convenient to your Lordships if I moved them en bloc.

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the urban districts of Coalville, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Ashby Woulds and Shepshed, the parishes of Barden, Blackfordby, Coleorton, Heather, Measham, Normanton-le-Heath, Oak-thorpe and Donisthorpe, Packington, Ravenstone with Snibston, Swannington, Thringstone and Willesley, in the rural district of Market Bosworth, all in the County of Leicester, which was presented on the 23rd day of July, 1923, be approved.
