Clause 6:

Leonard Cornwall Maguire not to intermarry with any offending party.

6. It shall not be lawful for the said Leonard Cornwall Maguire to intermarry with any woman on account of whose adultery with him his marriage with the said Alice Mary Maguire is dissolved by this Act.

I move that this clause be omitted from the Bill.
