THE EARL OF ONSLOW

My Lords, I beg to move that approval be given to four Special Orders under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922. They are purely formal, but if any noble Lord desires information on any of them I shall be quite prepared to give it.

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the urban district of Scunthorpe and Frodingham, in the Parts of Lindsey, in the County of Lincoln, which was presented on the 28th day of November, 1922, be approved.—(The Earl of Onslow.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the parish of Chudleigh, in the rural district of Newton Abbot, in the County of Devon, which was presented on the 30th day of November, 1922, be approved. On Question, Motion agreed to.

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the borough of Hemel Hempstead and the parishes of King's Langley and Bovingdon, in the rural district of Hemel Hempstead, in the County of Hertford, which was presented on the 30th day of November, 1922, be approved—(The Earl of Onslow.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.

Moved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1922, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, in respect of the county borough of Bootle and the urban districts of Litherland, Waterloo-with-Seaforth and Great Crosby, all in the County of Lancaster, which was presented on the 4th day of December, 1922, be approved.—(The Earl of Onslow.)
