My Lords, I have to move that a number of Draft Special Orders under the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, be approved. Objection was taken to one of these Orders, but that objection has been withdrawn.

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Ashton-in-Makerfield Urban District Council, which was presented on the 28th November, and published, be approved.—(Lord Somerleyton.)

Moved, That the Draft Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Haslemere and District Gas Company, which was presented on the 23rd November, and published, be approved.—(Lord Somerleyton.)
