§ Moved, That the Order made on the 29th day of March last, "That this House will not receive any petition for a Private Bill later than Tuesday the 9th day of May next" be dispensed with in respect of a petition of the South East Kent Electric Power Company, Limited, under their Common Seal, promoters of the East Kent Electric Power Bill; agreed to, the said petition praying for leave to bring in a Bill for transferring to the South East Kent Electric Power Company, Limited, certain of the powers of the Kent Electric Power Company, and for other purposes; presented accordingly, together with a copy of the proposed Bill annexed thereto, and read and referred to the Examiners.
