HL Deb 09 May 1911 vol 8 c246
THE MAEQUESS OF LANSDOWNE

My Lords, I should like to ask the noble Viscount opposite whether it would be convenient to him and to noble Lords on the other side of the House that we should take the Second Reading of the House of Lords Reconstitution Bill on Monday next.

THE LORD PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL (VISCOUNT MORLEY OF BLACKBURN)

My Lords, I was rather prepared for the noble Marquess fixing that day. I can only say that it is the day I myself thought would be reasonable, and we gladly conform to that view.
