The Right Honourable Sir Hudson Ewbanke Kearley, Baronet, having been created Baron Devonport of Wittington in the county of Buckingham—Was (in the usual manner) introduced.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that no Standing Orders are applicable to the following Bill:

Port of London (Port Rates on Goods) Provisional Order.

The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
