Report from, That the Committee have added the Lord President (V. Cranbrook) to the Standing Committee for General Bills for the consideration of the Custody if Children Bill, and the Protection of Children Bill, and have added the Earl of Selborne to the said Standing Committee for the consideration of the Custody of Children Bill, in the place of the Lord Chancellor, the Lord in charge of the Bill, now a member of the Committee, under Standing Order No. XLVIL, and have added the Earl of Selborne to the said Standing Committee for the consideration of the Protection of Children Bill, in the place of the Lord Chaworth (E. Meath), the Lord in charge of the Bill, now a member of the Committee, under the said Standing Order; and the Committee have added the Earl of Kimberley to the Standing Committee for Bills relating to Law, &c., for the consideration of the Offences Committed Abroad Bill; read, and ordered to lie on the Table.
