HL Deb 22 July 1889 vol 338 cc970-1
* LORD TRURO

My Lords, I had given notice to call attention to recent War Office Circulars relating to transport for the Auxiliary Forces, and to ask a question. I came prepared tonight to put that question, but I believe I am right in saying that there will be no objection to their being given, and I will therefore simply move if I am not out of order that those Circulars be laid upon the Table.

* LORD HARRIS

I am afraid I must ask the noble Lord to point out what the circumstances are to which he alludes. I suggest that the noble Lord should give notice of Motion for tomorrow for these particular Papers. I shall then know what are the Papers he wishes to refer to. At present I do not know.

* LORD TRURO

One Paper is dated last year 1888, and there is a subsequent one dated the 22nd March, 1889.

* LORD HARRIS

I must ask the noble Lord to give notice that he will move for those Papers to-morrow.
