§ * LORD KNUTSFORDMy Lords, I have only to say that part of the 515 boundary has been settled by a decision of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, part has been settled by an old Proclamation of 1791, and part by agreement. The boundaries are now set out in an Address from the Legislature of Canada which is scheduled to this Bill, to which I ask your Lordships to give a Second Reading.
