THE ARCHBISHOP OF CANTERBURY

said, that he had received Her Majesty's Commands to attend at Windsor on Tuesday next, with the Convocation of the Diocese of Canterbury, to present their Address. He begged, therefore, to ask the noble Viscount the Secretary of State for India, If he would agree to the postponement of the Glebe Lands Bill till Thursday?

in reply, said, that he had no objection to the post ponement of the Bill till Thursday next.
