THE EARL OF DUNRAVEN

said, that as he understood it was the intention of Her Majesty's Government to introduce a Bill dealing with this subject in the House of Commons on Monday next, he would ask their Lordships' permission not to proceed with this Bill until the House had an opportunity of seeing the Government measure.
