THE LORD CHANCELLOR (Lord HERSCHELL)

said, that this was also a measure of consolidation, and he wished to repeat what he had said with regard to the previous Bill. He did not intend to proceed further with it, and he should be glad to receive criticisms with regard to it.

Order discharged; and Bill (by leave of the House) withdrawn.
