THE MARQUESS OF SALISBURY

suggested that the Returns should be made to cover the whole period since 1880.

THE EARL OF CAMPERDOWN

said, he would accede to that suggestion; but he thought that his form would include all particulars of the outbreak, especially those of the last six months.

LORD CARLINGFORD (LORD PRESIDENT of the COUNCIL)

, said, he considered that the information would be very useful, and he should be happy to give Returns for the whole period, as suggested by the noble Marquess.

Motion agreed to.
