asked leave to bring in a Bill to amend the the law respecting the Recovery of Stolen Articles; explaining that it was, with a few Amendments, the measure which had passed their Lordships' House last year, except that the portions relating to pawnbrokers had been withdrawn and incorporated in a separate measure.
